- Print out the Eerie Critters Halloween Garland Cutouts Template.
- Begin by cutting your construction paper lengthwise in two-inch-wide strips. You will need at least two total.
- Fold the strip in half, then fold it in half again, and then for an additional time so there should be eight equal squares.
- Fold your strip like an accordion, alternating the front and back side of the paper.
- Trace your template so that the straight edge of the shape lines up with the fold in your strip.
- Carefully cut around your template and stretch your garland out for the big reveal.
- Repeat steps 2-6 depending on how long you want your garland to be.
- Make a single hole punch centered in the top third of each individual cat or bat shape.
- Line up two of your cat strips and tape them together to create a longer garland.
- Thread your string through the holes.
