Cone:

1. Take a piece of 8.5 x 11 inch cardboard paper and roll it diagonally to form a cone shape. Make sure it’s not too pointy!
2. Glue the tip to seal the shape together.
3. Cut away excess paper at the circular base.
4. Trace your circular base on a piece of white felt. Cut out the traced shape and glue it to the base of your horn.
5. With your purple glitter paper, cut out long strips to wrap around the horn. Then glue the strips onto the horn to secure. 

Headband Assembly:

1. Glue your cone onto the center of your headband to form the horn. 
2. Draw two ear shapes on your foam board and cut them out. 
3. Take your light pink felt and draw two slightly smaller ear shapes than your foam board. These will be your inner ears.
4. Glue the pink felt inner ears to each of the white ear shapes. Then, glue the whole ears to the headband so that the pieces are surrounding the horn. 
5. Cut four long strips of tulle approximately 30 inches each using any color combinations.
6. Secure them with glue to the bottom of the headband under the horn. Be careful to let the glue dry before trying on the horn!
