Cone:
- Take a piece of 8.5 x 11 inch cardboard paper and roll it diagonally to form a cone shape. Make sure it’s not too pointy!
- Glue the tip to seal the shape together.
- Cut away excess paper at the circular base.
- Trace your circular base on a piece of white felt. Cut out the traced shape and glue it to the base of your horn.
- With your purple glitter paper, cut out long strips to wrap around the horn. Then glue the strips onto the horn to secure.
Headband Assembly:
- Glue your cone onto the center of your headband to form the horn.
- Draw two ear shapes on your foam board and cut them out.
- Take your light pink felt and draw two slightly smaller ear shapes than your foam board. These will be your inner ears.
- Glue the pink felt inner ears to each of the white ear shapes. Then, glue the whole ears to the headband so that the pieces are surrounding the horn.
- Cut four long strips of tulle approximately 30 inches each using any color combinations.
- Secure them with glue to the bottom of the headband under the horn. Be careful to let the glue dry before trying on the horn!
