Handprint Elephant Art
Use your own handprint to create trunk-tastic art!
Materials
- Acrylic paint (pink)
- Colored pencils
- Colored markers
- Pom-poms
- Cardstock paper
- Paper plate
- Glue
Instructions
- Pour pink acrylic paint onto a paper plate. Then press your hand into the paint so your hand is well coated.
- Print your hand onto a sheet of cardstock paper. This will be your elephant’s body. Then wait for the paint to dry.
- Create facial details such as an eye, ear, and tail with markers. Then glue the pom-poms onto the body as sprinkles.
- Get creative with your background scenery! We drew in grass, a sun, and a sky background with markers and colored pencils.
