Circus Animal® Bowling Game

Strike up the fun with your very own handmade bowling pins.

Materials

  • Five toilet paper rolls
  • Marker (black)
  • Construction paper (pink, white)
  • Scissors
  • Googly eyes
  • Glue
  • Ball

Instructions

  1. Cut your toilet paper rolls in half. You will need (5) five rolls total to create (10) ten pins.
  2. Wrap the construction paper around the toilet paper rolls, and cut the paper as needed to cover the outside of the rolls completely. Then, glue the construction paper to each of the rolls. We made a mix of pink and white rolls.
  3. Glue on googly eyes onto each roll. Then use your marker to draw in facial details for each animal. We created an elephant, camel, pig, lion, and cow.
  4. Use leftover scrap paper, to cut out and create ears for each animal. In addition, for cows, we cut out horns and for lions, we cut out manes. Then glue the respective pieces onto the roll.

How to Play

Time to spare? Get ready to roll, aim, and knock down your Circus Animal-inspired pins. Play in rounds and see who can get the most strikes. This activity is easy to set up in your living room or to play outside.
